Productivity & Employee Wellbeing

Consumer Protection

Helping employers improve employee wellbeing and engage employees to increase their productivity, reduce resource consumption and carbon emissions, and create savings.

Our work in this space

In a time where budgets are stretched, finding ways to increase revenues, reduce carbon emissions and improve workplace satisfaction is critical for businesses across the board. We have helped airlines, law firms, pharmacy franchises, and other large employers identify how influencing the behaviour of their employees can lead to large savings, reduction in pollution, and improvements in workplace satisfaction.

We have worked with UK local governments to deliver workshops and training to embed behavioural insights into workplaces, with the aim of improving employee safety, wellbeing, and engagement. We have also worked with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to develop and test direct communications that encourage SMEs to sign up to receive free HR consulting.
