Our work in this space
Our work in telecommunications centres around designing and implementing trials to provide the best services at the best value to customers. With a large UK telecommunications provider and Ofcom, we tested communications to engage some of the provider’s least engaged customers, prompting many to switch to a better suited calling plan and improving their customer experience.
We have worked with a satellite internet provider to understand the value of their services as they expand internet access across areas with poor connectivity. We have also helped Ofcom design and test an internal communication programme to reach and inform telecommunications policymakers.
